At the twenty-piece tier a twenty-five dollar tee costs twenty, so selling at thirty leaves a ten dollar spread with no inventory risk beyond the order you have already sold. Ready to start? wholesale custom apparel supply.
Where does the spread actually come from?
Published tiers, not negotiation. Twenty percent off at twenty of the same item, twenty-five at fifty, thirty at two hundred. Because the numbers are published you can calculate margin before committing rather than after a sales call, which also means you can set your own retail price with confidence instead of guessing at your cost.
Why does no inventory change the risk?
Because the traditional reseller risk is not margin, it is unsold stock. Buying a hundred shirts to hit a price break and selling sixty is a loss disguised as a discount. Producing to orders you already have removes that entirely - your worst case becomes a slow month rather than a garage full of capital.
What is the honest downside?
Per-piece cost is higher than a large screen-printing run. If you know you will sell three hundred identical shirts, can pay up front and will wait on proofs, a screen printer beats these numbers. The trade is certainty of price against certainty of demand, and which one matters more depends on how confident you are in the forecast.
Real numbers on a $25 tee
- 1-19 pieces - $25 each, list price
- 20 pieces - $20 each. Total $400 instead of $500
- 50 pieces - $18.75 each. Total $937.50 instead of $1,250
- 200 pieces - $17.50 each. Total $3,500 instead of $5,000
Is there really no minimum order?
None. One piece is a real order at normal pricing with no small-order surcharge. Traditional printers set minimums because screen printing and machine embroidery both carry a fixed per-job setup cost that has to be spread across enough pieces to be worth doing. Print-on-demand production has no per-job setup, so the reason for the minimum simply does not exist - which is why ordering one to check it before committing the budget is the standard advice here.
How long does it take to arrive?
Every order is made to order and ships in five to nine business days, and that window covers a single piece and a two-hundred-piece run alike - there is no separate multi-week queue for larger orders. Our fastest verified US delivery was three days on real carrier tracking, and our fastest verified international delivery was Latvia to New York in five days. For an event, order about two weeks ahead so there is room to check the first piece and distribute sizes.

Frequently asked questions
What are the wholesale tiers?
20% off at 20+ of the same item, 25% at 50+, 30% at 200+, applied automatically in cart.
Do I need an account or application?
No. No application, no resale certificate requirement, no first-order threshold.
What margin can a reseller expect?
At the 20-piece tier a $25 tee costs $20. Selling at $30 leaves a $10 spread with no inventory risk.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Tiers start at 20 of the same item, but a single piece is still a real order.
When would a screen printer beat this?
At several hundred identical pieces where you know the count, can pay up front and will wait on proofs.
Can I sample before ordering volume?
Yes - order one piece as a normal order, then scale.
