How long does it take to launch my brand?
Your store build starts as soon as your order comes in. Sample products are printed on demand and ship in 5–9 business days. Most brands are fully live, with samples in hand, within about two weeks.
Do I own my designs?
Yes — you keep full ownership of the designs you upload or create. We only use your artwork to build your store and print your products.
What blank products can I put my design on?
Eight premium blanks come included by default: the Gildan 5000 heavy cotton tee, Bella + Canvas 3001 jersey tee, Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed tee, Gildan 18500 hoodie, Gildan 18000 crewneck, Bella + Canvas 7502 cropped hoodie, AS Colour 4062 women’s crop tee, and a classic dad hat. All eight ship in your sample set with your design on each one — and if a piece isn’t your style, you can swap it for another of the same caliber (a full hoodie instead of a crop hoodie, a long sleeve instead of a tee, a vintage cap instead of a dad hat, and so on). You always get 8 products, printed with your design.
How does shipping work?
