Which decisions actually matter?
Garment colour and logo placement decide how the uniform looks; fabric weight decides whether people wear it. Everything else is detail. A logo that has no contrast against the shirt colour reads as a smudge from three feet away regardless of how good the artwork is, and a shirt nobody finds comfortable ends up in a drawer no matter what is stitched on it.
Why is the sample step skipped so often?
Because at most suppliers it is expensive - a sample means paying setup fees for one piece, or it is simply not offered below the minimum. Here there is no minimum and no setup fee, so the sample is a normal order at normal pricing. Skipping it is the single most common cause of a uniform order nobody wants to wear.
How do you collect sizes without it becoming a project?
Ask people for their usual size in a normal shirt rather than asking them to measure. Sizing here follows standard US conventions with a classic unisex fit, so most people's usual answer is correct. Every size prints to order, so there is no minimum per size and no reason to round anyone up or down.

Is there really no minimum order?
None. One piece is a real order at normal pricing with no small-order surcharge. Traditional printers set minimums because screen printing and machine embroidery both carry a fixed per-job setup cost that has to be spread across enough pieces to be worth doing. Print-on-demand production has no per-job setup, so the reason for the minimum simply does not exist - which is why ordering one to check it before committing the budget is the standard advice here.
Can I pay for it over time?
On eligible US orders, yes. Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm and Cash App Afterpay all appear at checkout with equal standing, and we never steer you toward one.
