A uniform kit for a small team

Start with one piece per person. Add layers as the season and the budget allow.

Embroidered polos

The uniform staple. Left chest logo, piqué or performance fabric, in the colors your brand already uses.

Work tees

Everyday wear for the crew, printed or embroidered, cheap enough to give everyone three.

Hoodies and crewnecks

Cold-weather layer that keeps the logo visible instead of hidden under a coat.

Jackets and quarter-zips

The premium tier — supervisors, client-facing staff, and people you want to keep.

Caps and beanies

Highest visibility per dollar of anything on this list.

Aprons

Front-of-house, kitchens and makers, embroidered so it survives commercial laundering.

How it works

1

Design it free or send your logo

Type a description into the AI design studio or upload artwork you already have. Ten free designs a month, no sign-up, print-ready with a transparent background.

2

Order one, then order for everyone

No minimum means a single piece is a normal order rather than a favor. Check the stitch, the fit and the color in person before you commit to the full run.

3

Choose pay-over-time at checkout

Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm and Cash App Afterpay all appear at checkout with equal standing for eligible US orders. Approval is handled by the provider, not by us — we never see your credit details and we cannot promise an outcome.

4

Add pieces as you grow

Reorder one at a time forever. No contract, no annual minimum, no re-setup charge when you come back in eight months.

Small businesses that use this

Cafés and shops

Aprons and polos that make a two-person counter look like a real operation.

Salons and studios

Branded pieces for stylists and instructors without a 24-piece minimum.

Owner-operators

One person, three shirts. That is a real order here.

Teams of two to ten

The exact size every uniform minimum is designed to exclude.

Can a small business get uniforms without a minimum order?

Yes. There is no minimum at all — one embroidered polo is a real order, priced the same way a hundred would be, with no small-order surcharge. Traditional uniform suppliers set minimums because screen printing and embroidery both carry per-job setup costs; print-on-demand does not, so the minimum has no reason to exist.

Is it cheaper to buy blank shirts and get them printed locally?

Sometimes, at volume, if you can commit to the whole run and wait on proofs. For orders under about 20 pieces the setup and digitizing fees usually erase the savings — a $60 digitizing charge on a five-piece order adds $12 per shirt before anything is printed. Below that threshold, no-minimum ordering generally wins on both price and risk.

What if the first shirt is wrong?

Order one before you order twenty. That is the entire advantage of no minimum, and it is why we recommend it on every uniform program regardless of size. Check the stitch, the garment weight and the color in person, then scale.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for small business uniforms?

There is none. One piece is a real order at the same per-piece price structure, with no small-order surcharge.

Can I pay over time?

On eligible US orders, yes — pay-in-4 at checkout splits the order into four payments. Approval comes from the payment provider.

Do you charge for setup or digitizing?

No. No setup, digitizing, plate or per-color fees on any order size.

Can I order more later at the same look?

Yes. The logo, thread colors and placement stay on file, so a reorder eight months later matches the originals.

What is the best first piece for a small team?

An embroidered polo or a cap. Both read as professional immediately and both survive daily wear. Add outerwear once the budget allows.

How fast does it ship?

Made to order and shipped in 5–9 business days.
