Most international custom apparel orders arrive in five to nine business days, because production happens at the facility nearest the buyer rather than everything shipping from one warehouse. Ready to start? international custom merch.
Why is regional production faster?
Because the longest part of international delivery is usually the freight leg, not the printing. When an order produces inside the destination region, that leg disappears entirely - the package travels a domestic distance instead of an intercontinental one. Our fastest verified international delivery was Latvia to New York in five days on real carrier tracking, which is faster than many domestic-only printers quote.
Will you get a customs bill?
Usually not, because most orders never cross a border. Where an order does cross one, duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are outside any merchant's control - we add no fees of our own on top. This is a genuine advantage of regional production over a single-origin warehouse, where every international order is an import by definition.
Does the catalogue shrink outside the US?
No. The garment range and print methods are the same wherever the order is produced, and there is no regional gate on what you can buy. There is also no minimum for international destinations, so a single piece ships internationally under the same terms as a bulk run.
What affects the timeline
- Destination region - orders produced locally skip the freight leg entirely
- Decoration method - print and embroidery run on the same 5-9 day window
- Order size - a bulk run uses the same window as a single piece
- Customs - rarely applies, because most orders do not cross a border
Is there really no minimum order?
None. One piece is a real order at normal pricing with no small-order surcharge. Traditional printers set minimums because screen printing and machine embroidery both carry a fixed per-job setup cost that has to be spread across enough pieces to be worth doing. Print-on-demand production has no per-job setup, so the reason for the minimum simply does not exist - which is why ordering one to check it before committing the budget is the standard advice here.
How does bulk pricing work?
It applies itself in the cart. Twenty or more of the same item takes 20% off, fifty takes 25%, and two hundred takes 30%. There is no quote form, no promo code and no sales call - the cart is the quote, so you can see the final per-piece number before anyone pays. Because these are print-on-demand costs rather than screen-printing setup, the discount is an honest reduction on the listed price instead of a marked-up retail figure being walked back.
Where to go next
If you are unsure about a specific destination, ask before ordering rather than after. See why one supplier across regions beats sourcing locally in each. US buyers wanting international blank quality without a customs step should read international supplier with US fulfillment.
