How does the discount interact with the payment plan?

The discount comes first. Bulk pricing fires in the cart at twenty or more of the same item, so a fifty-piece class order is financed at twenty-five percent off rather than at list price. Families and PTAs routinely underestimate what an order costs because they run the numbers on the undiscounted total.

What can nobody promise you?

Approval. Every pay-later provider makes its own decision on its own criteria, and no merchant sees your credit information or influences the outcome. Be sceptical of anyone who advertises guaranteed approval - what can honestly be said is that the option appears at checkout on every eligible order regardless of size.

Does the school or the family place the order?

Either works. A PTA can place one large order and take the tier discount, or families can order individually with no minimum - a single polo is a real order at normal pricing. Many schools do both: a bulk run at the start of the year and individual reorders as students grow.

What a school order usually includes

Is there really no minimum order?

Traditional printers set minimums because screen printing and machine embroidery both carry a fixed per-job setup cost that has to be spread across enough pieces to be worth doing. Print-on-demand production has no per-job setup, so the reason for the minimum simply does not exist - which is why ordering one to check it before committing the budget is the standard advice here.

Can I pay for it over time?

On eligible US orders, yes. Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm and Cash App Afterpay all appear at checkout with equal standing, and we never steer you toward one. Approval is the payment provider's decision, not ours - we never see your credit details and nobody can honestly promise you will qualify.
