Embroidered workwear survives the job in a way printed logos do not, and pay-in-4 at checkout on eligible US orders means the first crew order does not have to land in one week. Ready to start? zero down custom embroidery.
Why does embroidery matter more on a job site?
Because work clothing takes abrasion, weather and industrial washing that surface prints simply do not survive. A printed logo on a work shirt starts cracking within months of real use; thread sewn through the fabric does not have a bond to break. On a crew where garments get replaced on wear rather than on schedule, that difference decides the annual cost.
What does a branded crew actually get you?
Access. Branded crews get let through gates, into houses and past receptionists in a way unbranded ones do not, and homeowners consistently report feeling safer with an identifiable technician. It is the cheapest trust a small trade business can buy.
How do you handle turnover?
Reorder one piece at a time. There is no minimum, so replacing a shirt for one new hire is a normal order, and the logo file, thread colours and placement stay on file so it matches the crew's existing pieces exactly.
What trades order most
- Work polos and shirts - the daily uniform, embroidered left chest
- Hi-vis and outerwear - the layer worn outdoors and seen from furthest
- Caps - cheapest visible branding, sits above eye level
- Hoodies - early mornings and cold sites
Is there really no minimum order?
None. One piece is a real order at normal pricing with no small-order surcharge. Traditional printers set minimums because screen printing and machine embroidery both carry a fixed per-job setup cost that has to be spread across enough pieces to be worth doing. Print-on-demand production has no per-job setup, so the reason for the minimum simply does not exist - which is why ordering one to check it before committing the budget is the standard advice here.
Can I pay for it over time?
On eligible US orders, yes. Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm and Cash App Afterpay all appear at checkout with equal standing, and we never steer you toward one. Approval is the payment provider's decision, not ours - we never see your credit details and nobody can honestly promise you will qualify. Pay-in-4 is typically interest-free when paid on schedule, and we add no surcharge for choosing it.
