Company Uniforms, No Minimum

Every uniform supplier sets a minimum because setup costs money. Print-on-demand has no setup, so there is no minimum — one embroidered polo is a real order and a two-hundred-piece run is the same order, larger.

No minimum order, ever No setup or digitizing fees Automatic bulk pricing at 20+ Reorder one at a time Made to order · 5–9 days

One logo, every role

Mix pieces by role and keep the same embroidered mark on all of them.

Embroidered polos

The uniform staple. Left chest logo, piqué or performance fabric, in the colors your brand already uses.

Work tees

Everyday wear for the crew, printed or embroidered, cheap enough to give everyone three.

Hoodies and crewnecks

Cold-weather layer that keeps the logo visible instead of hidden under a coat.

Jackets and quarter-zips

The premium tier — supervisors, client-facing staff, and people you want to keep.

Caps and beanies

Highest visibility per dollar of anything on this list.

Aprons

Front-of-house, kitchens and makers, embroidered so it survives commercial laundering.

How it works

1

Design it free or send your logo

Type a description into the AI design studio or upload artwork you already have. Ten free designs a month, no sign-up, print-ready with a transparent background.

2

Order one and inspect it

No minimum makes the sample a normal order. Check the stitch, the garment weight and the color before committing the budget.

3

Outfit the team

Order the full run whenever you are ready. Bulk pricing applies automatically at 20 or more of the same item.

4

Reorder anytime, bulk applies itself

New hire next month? Reorder the same piece. At 20 or more of the same item the discount fires in the cart automatically — 20% at 20, 25% at 50, 30% at 200. No code, no sales call.

Companies this suits

Under 20 staff

The exact size traditional uniform minimums are designed to exclude.

Growing headcount

Hire in ones and twos without a new minimum run each time.

Field crews

Branded crews get trusted at the door. Replace worn pieces individually.

Client-facing teams

Consistent look at meetings and sites without a corporate purchasing program.

Why do most uniform suppliers have a minimum order?

Because screen printing and traditional embroidery both carry a fixed per-job setup cost — screens, plates, digitizing — that has to be spread across enough pieces to be worth doing. A 24-piece minimum is how that cost gets recovered. Print-on-demand production has no per-job setup, so the reason for the minimum simply does not exist.

Is no-minimum ordering more expensive per piece?

At high volume, a screen printer can beat these numbers if you know your exact count, pay up front, wait on proofs and accept the minimum. Below roughly 20 pieces the setup and digitizing fees usually erase that advantage entirely. And bulk pricing here applies automatically at 20, 50 and 200, so the gap narrows as you scale without ever requiring a commitment.

How do we keep uniforms consistent as staff changes?

The logo file, thread colors and placement stay on file, so a single polo ordered next year matches the batch ordered this year. That consistency over time is usually worth more to a growing company than a one-time volume discount on a run that has to be guessed in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Is there really no minimum?

None. One embroidered polo is a real order at the same structure as a two-hundred-piece run.

Do you charge setup or digitizing fees?

No. No setup, digitizing, plate or per-color charges at any order size.

When does bulk pricing apply?

Automatically in the cart at 20 or more of the same item: 20% off, then 25% at 50, then 30% at 200.

Can we reorder for one new hire?

Yes. One piece, matching the rest exactly, at any time.

Can we mix pieces across roles?

Yes. Polos, tees, hoodies, jackets and caps all carrying the same embroidered mark.

How long does it take?

Made to order and shipped in 5–9 business days.
