The full front-to-back kit

Every role, one logo, reorderable individually as staff turns over.

Embroidered aprons

Organic cotton, stitched logo. Embroidery holds up to commercial laundering where print cracks.

Front-of-house polos

Host stand and floor staff. Clean chest mark, colors that match the room.

Kitchen tees

Comfortable, cheap enough to give every cook three, printed or embroidered.

Caps and beanies

Hair control that is also branding. The cheapest visible piece you can buy.

Outerwear

Patio staff, delivery drivers and anyone working a door in winter.

Totes and merch

Restaurants with a following sell branded pieces at the register.

How it works

1

Design it free or send your logo

Type a description into the AI design studio or upload artwork you already have. Ten free designs a month, no sign-up, print-ready with a transparent background.

2

Kit out each role

Aprons for the floor, polos for the front, tees for the kitchen. Same embroidered mark on all of it.

3

Order one, then order for everyone

No minimum means a single piece is a normal order rather than a favor. Check the stitch, the fit and the color in person before you commit to the full run.

4

Reorder anytime, bulk applies itself

New hire next month? Reorder the same piece. At 20 or more of the same item the discount fires in the cart automatically — 20% at 20, 25% at 50, 30% at 200. No code, no sales call.

Hospitality operations that use this

Cafés and coffee shops

Aprons are the whole uniform. Embroidery makes a small café look like a brand.

Full-service restaurants

Different pieces per role, one consistent mark across all of them.

Bars and taprooms

Staff tees that double as merch customers actually want to buy.

Food trucks and pop-ups

Small crews, high turnover, and no room for a 24-piece minimum.

Why is embroidery better than printing for restaurant uniforms?

Restaurant apparel goes through commercial laundering at high heat, repeatedly. Printed logos crack and fade under that; embroidery is thread sewn through the fabric and survives it. On aprons and polos specifically — the pieces washed most often — embroidery is almost always the cheaper choice over a year even though it costs more per piece up front.

Can we reorder single pieces as staff turns over?

Yes, and hospitality is where this matters most. There is no minimum, so replacing one apron for one new hire is a normal order. The logo file, thread colors and placement stay on file, so a piece ordered today matches one from last year.

How fast can we get uniforms for a new opening?

Made to order and shipped in 5–9 business days. For an opening date, order at least two weeks out so there is room to check the first piece and distribute sizes. Our fastest verified US delivery on real tracking was 3 days, but plan on the full window.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum for restaurant uniforms?

No minimum. Order one apron or forty. Bulk pricing applies automatically at 20 or more of the same item.

Will embroidery survive commercial laundering?

Yes — that is the main reason to choose it over print for hospitality. Thread sewn through fabric holds up to high-heat washing where printed logos crack.

Do you charge a digitizing fee for our logo?

No. No digitizing fee, no setup fee, no per-color charge.

Can we order different pieces for different roles?

Yes. Aprons, polos, tees, caps and outerwear all carry the same embroidered mark, ordered in whatever mix you need.

How do we replace a single apron?

Reorder it. One piece is a real order and it will match the rest exactly.

Can we sell branded pieces to customers?

Yes. Plenty of restaurants run staff apparel and customer merch off the same design — no separate setup required.
