How much does custom embroidery cost with no minimum?
The garment price plus the stitching, with nothing added on top — no digitizing fee, no setup fee, no plate charge, and no per-color surcharge. Those add-ons are the reason embroidery feels expensive elsewhere: a $60 digitizing bill on a five-piece order doubles the real cost per piece. Removing them is what makes small embroidery runs viable.
What is a digitizing fee and why do you not charge one?
Digitizing converts flat artwork into a stitch file a machine can read, and most embroiderers bill it once per logo at $40 to $100. It is genuine work, but it is a fixed cost that punishes small orders hardest. We absorb it, which is why a single embroidered polo costs what a single polo should cost.
Can I pay for an embroidery order over time?
Yes, on eligible US orders. Pay-in-4 appears at checkout and splits the order into four payments. Approval is the provider's decision, so nobody can promise you will qualify — but it applies to embroidery orders exactly the same as print orders, at any quantity.
Is embroidery better than printing?
For logos on uniforms and outerwear, usually yes — it does not crack, fade or peel, and it survives commercial laundering. For large, detailed or multi-color artwork, print handles the detail better and costs less. Fine hairline artwork in particular does not translate to thread and needs simplifying first.

Do you charge a digitizing fee?

Is there a minimum for embroidery?
No minimum. One embroidered polo or cap is a real order, and bulk pricing applies automatically at 20 or more of the same item.
Can I pay in 4 on an embroidery order?
On eligible US orders, yes. Pay-in-4 appears at checkout on embroidery orders exactly as it does on print orders. Approval is handled by the payment provider.
What file should I send?
A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. If all you have is a photo or a blurry file, we can rebuild it — and the free AI studio can generate a clean logo from a description.
Will my thin lines stitch cleanly?
Very fine hairlines do not translate to thread and will fill in. We flatten artwork to correct thread colors and will tell you before production if something needs thickening rather than letting it come out muddy.
How long does embroidery take?
Same as print — made to order and shipped in 5–9 business days. There is no separate multi-week embroidery queue.
