A real estate team in matching polos looks like a team at an open house, a closing table or a community event. The setup that works: brokerage or team logo on the left chest, the agent's name on the right chest or sleeve, and a color the whole team can live with. Start here: custom embroidered polos with no minimum.
Check the brokerage brand rules first
If you work under a franchise or a larger brokerage, the brokerage logo usually comes with brand standards: approved colors, minimum sizes, clear space around the mark, and sometimes rules about putting a team name next to it. Ask your broker or the marketing department for the approved logo files and the apparel guidelines before you design anything. It takes one email and saves you a reorder.
Only use logos you have the right to use. Your brokerage logo with permission and your own team logo are fine. Third-party marks and association logos usually need separate permission.
Team logo, brokerage logo or both?
- Brokerage logo only: simplest, and often what the brokerage prefers.
- Team logo on the chest, brokerage on the sleeve: common for established teams with their own brand, if the brokerage allows it.
- Both stacked on the chest: usually too crowded at left chest size. Split them across chest and sleeve.
Agent names
A first name on the right chest, about 0.3 to 0.5 inches tall, makes agents easy to approach at open houses. Full names work too, and they help with recall when a buyer is looking for "the agent from Saturday." Each name is its own version in the builder, and there is no minimum per name. Our guide to embroidered names on work shirts has the details.
Colors that photograph well
Agents get photographed constantly, for listings, social posts and team pages. Navy, black, white and heather grey photograph cleanly. Bright brand colors can look great in person and shift on camera. If the brokerage color is a strong red or blue, test one polo in daylight and under indoor light before ordering the team.
Onboarding new agents
Real estate teams change often. A no-minimum setup means a new agent gets their polos when they sign, in their size, with their name, without waiting for a group order. Keep the design saved and order one more whenever someone joins.
Polos plus a layer
Polos carry spring and summer. In fall and winter, the same logo on a quarter-zip covers open houses on cold weekends. The real estate quarter-zips post covers that layer. For closing gifts with your logo, see branded client gifts people actually keep.
Budget per agent
Two Adidas premium polos at $62 each plus one Sport-Tek quarter-zip at $39 is $163 per agent before shipping, owned outright. Many teams split it: the team pays for the first set, agents buy extras.
Is there really no minimum?
None. One piece is a real order at normal pricing, with no small-order surcharge and no setup or digitizing fee. Every piece is made to order and ships in about 5 to 9 business days, and that window is the same for one piece or a few hundred. On eligible garments, volume pricing applies automatically once you order enough of the same item, usually starting around 25 pieces.
