Embroidered Polos for Law Firms, Shipped to Every Office

Embroidered polos for law firms come up more than people expect. Firms wear them to community events, charity runs, golf outings, bar association picnics, casual Fridays and the booth at a conference. The twist in a lot of the requests we get now: the people are not all in one building. One partner is in the main office, two associates are in a satellite office in another state, and a paralegal works from home. This guide covers the polo itself, the logo, and how to ship embroidered polos to multiple addresses on a single order. See the polos here: custom embroidered polos with no minimum.

Where law firm polos actually get worn

  • Community and charity events, where the firm sponsors a table or a team
  • Golf outings and bar events, where a matching polo makes the group easy to spot
  • Trade shows and seminars, standing at a booth for six hours
  • Casual Fridays and client visits at offices with a relaxed dress code
  • Intake and front desk staff at firms that want a consistent front-of-office look

The look that fits a law office

Keep it quiet and sharp. Navy, black, white and grey are the colors most firms choose, and navy with white thread is the most requested combination we see. The firm logo or name goes on the left chest at about 3 to 3.5 inches wide, with the top of the logo 7 to 9 inches below the shoulder seam. The left chest logo size guide has the measurements.

Law firm names are often long, and long names are the main embroidery problem. "Smith, Alvarez and Okafor LLP" squeezed into 3.5 inches makes letters too small to stitch cleanly. Three fixes work:

  • Stack the name on two or three lines so each line can be bigger
  • Use the firm's mark or monogram on the chest and put the full name on the back of the neck or the sleeve
  • Keep every letter at least a quarter inch tall, which is about the smallest text thread can render sharply

Choosing the polo

For people who will be outdoors, standing for hours or traveling, a performance polo is the right pick. It wicks sweat, resists wrinkles in a suitcase and holds its color. The Adidas premium polo is $62 and the Adidas space-dyed polo is $75. A classic pique polo costs less and has a more traditional look for indoor wear. How to ship embroidered polos to multiple addresses

You do not have to ship everything to the main office and have someone re-box and mail polos to the other locations. We split one order into separate shipments, one per address, on one invoice. Here is how it works:

  1. Send a simple list. For each person: name, polo size, and the address it should go to, including suite or floor numbers.
  2. Group by address. Two people in the same office share one package. A remote employee gets their own.
  3. Get one quote. The invoice shows the polos, any size upcharges, and shipping for each separate shipment.
  4. Approve a proof and pay once. Production starts after approval.
  5. Each package ships straight to its address.

A few tips from orders like this. Have the office manager collect home addresses, so personal addresses stay inside the firm. Double-check suite numbers, because a polo that bounces back from a large office building has to be reshipped. If someone is between offices, ship to the office where they will be on delivery day.

Sizing without a fitting

Ask each person for the polo size they already wear and trust it. Performance polos fit close to true size, and athletic cuts run slimmer, so broad-shouldered people often go up one. Where a women's cut is available, offer it. Extended sizes like 2XL and 3XL usually cost a few dollars more per polo, and the quote will show that line by line. Because every polo is made to order, each person gets exactly their size with no size curve to guess.

Proof first, then one polo

For a firm that cares how the logo looks (and every firm does), approve the digital proof, then order a single polo to the office manager before the full run. Check the thread color against your letterhead, check that the smallest letters are crisp, and look at it on a person. See ordering one sample before the whole team.

Timeline for a firm event

Production and shipping take about 5 to 9 business days, and the window is the same for every address on the order. Add a few days for proof approval and collecting sizes. For a golf outing or a sponsored event, start three to four weeks out so nobody is waiting on a package the morning of.

New associates and new offices

Once the design is saved, adding a person is a one-polo order shipped straight to them. A new associate in a satellite office gets the same logo, the same thread color and the same placement as everyone else. That consistency is most of what makes a firm look put together. More in keeping uniforms consistent over years.

Is there really no minimum?

None. One piece is a real order at normal pricing, with no small-order surcharge and no setup or digitizing fee. Every piece is made to order and ships in about 5 to 9 business days, and that window is the same for one piece or a few hundred. On eligible garments, volume pricing applies automatically once you order enough of the same item, usually starting around 25 pieces.
